SCCBR IS THE VOICE FOR REAL ESTATE IN SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, ARIZONA

The Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS® is a trade association which opened its doors in 1976 for the southernmost part of Arizona. Our Members are active real estate licensees from all areas of real estate, including residential, commercial, property management, land, appraisal, and relocation. The vision of the Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS® (SCCBR) is; Best Prepared REALTOR® With The Highest Standards.

Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS® is part of a network that includes, the Arizona Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Our REALTOR® Members subscribe to the National Association of REALTORS® code of ethics. The CODE OF ETHICS protects homebuyers and sellers from unethical business practices and ensures that if the home buying or selling process is not treated ethically by a REALTOR® the consumer has recourse at the local, state, and national boards of REALTOR®.

The term REALTOR® is a registered collective mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®.

REALTORS® not only help make the dream of homeownership a reality, they also help build better communites. SCCBR's members help shape and promote community values, giving their time and effort to noble causes.

Whether we are looking out for your local property rights by attending meetings and holding our local government accountable. We also organize events, such as our annual golf tournament to help raise funds for our local Charities and youth scholarships. Plus our back to school "Backpack Drive" to help our kids with the tools they need to succeed for the coming school year!
