If you've recently become a licensed agent and have joined a broker, your next step is to sign up for membership in the Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS® and/or the SCC/MLS, depending on the type of membership your broker holds. All new members are required to know and understand the governing documents of SCC/MLS and to attend a New Member Orientation course.

If you're a newly licensed broker, your next step is to open your company with the Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS® and/or the SCC/MLS. You choose the type of membership you wish to hold. MLS-only offices receive no access to Association services, benefits and events.
