	Santa Cruz County, Arizona Board of REALTORS® Obtaining membership is your first step to your success in the real estate industry. Membership in the Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS® has a variety of Member Benefits that will help you establish your business in Southern Arizona. REALTOR® members are licensed brokers and salespeople actively engaged in the real estate profession within the state of Arizona. A REALTOR® membership is a three-way agreement entitling you to membership with: § Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS® - SCCBR § Arizona Association of REALTORS® - AAR § National Association of REALTORS® - NAR Santa Cruz County, AZ REALTOR® Members: § Have access to Paragon for the Santa Cruz County, AZ Multiple Listing Service (SCC/MLS). § Friday morning marketing sessions to promote listings and home tours. § Supra IBoxes and Active Keys are available for lease at SCCBR and will be programmed at your membership appointment for use in your home MLS and participating MLS Systems. New Agent If you've recently become a licensed agent and have joined a broker, your next step is to sign up for membership in the Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS® and/or the SCC/MLS, depending on the type of membership your broker holds. All new members are required to know and understand the governing documents of SCC/MLS and to attend a New Member Orientation course. New Broker If you're a newly licensed broker, your next step is to open your company with the Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS® and/or the SCC/MLS. You choose the type of membership you wish to hold. MLS-only offices receive no access to Association services, benefits and events.
