AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP CATEGORY LEVELS

• Designated & Associate Firm Affiliate is any company and its associates who are not involved as an agent in real estate transactions, but has an interest in the real estate industry, such as financial institutions, mortgage and title companies, home warranty companies, land developers, printing firms and insurance companies.  SCCBR Affiliate members hold membership only at SCCBR and must apply separately for AAR and NAR Affiliate membership if desired. 

• Resource Affiliate is an individual membership designated to one primary person as  the member of the association. This individual is not involved as an agent in real estate transactions, but has an interest in the real estate industry, such as septic certification services, land surveys, licensed contractors & sub-contractors.  SCCBR Affiliate members hold membership only at SCCBR and must apply separately for AAR and NAR Affiliate membership if desired.
