AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP CATEGORY LEVELS

The affiliate membership fee is currently prorated monthly and only two levels are available. Including, Honorary Affiliation is members that go beyond the call of duty to make our Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORSâ (SCCBR) & Santa Cruz County Multiple Listing Service (SCCMLS) a success.

§      Designated & Associate Firm Affiliate is any company and its associates who not involved as an agent in real estate transactions, but has an interest in the real estate industry, such as financial institutions, mortgage and title companies, home warranty companies, contractors, printing firms and insurance companies.  SCCBR Affiliate members hold membership only at SCCBR and must apply separately for AAR and NAR Affiliate membership if desired.
