One of the important functions of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® is to ensure that due process is served to both members and the general public, through the enforcement of the Code of Ethics and in the arbitration of business disputes arising out of the real estate business. The mandatory requirement for Code of Ethics training is every FOUR YEARS for 2-1/2 hours and as a conditon of membership. Classes can also used as a continuing education credit that can be used towards your license renewal.
