To fullfill your license renewal obligations, you must demonstrate attendance (or completion of online course) at approved real estate continuing education courses. The current requirement is twenty-four (24) credit hours, to include a minimum of three hours in each of six mandatory categories. The mandatory categories can be found in the worksheet link below. Including, a database of schools that provide in house and online courses.   

 


Additional credit hours, to bring the total to 24, may be in the mandatory categories, or the Business Brokerage or General Real Estate categories. As a Members' Benefit our continuing education courses are FREE to our members and you may register for and upcoming event from our following links.
