The Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors approved an agreement with Rio Rico Properties, Inc. and Santa Cruz River Access, LLC (Solaro Ranch and First United Realty) to provide improvements to Cabillero Ct. and extend it to the Union Pacific Railroad Crossing. The temporary easement (4 years) will provide public access across the RR Crossing from Pendleton Drive. From there, it becomes private and crossing is at the risk of the individuals using the road. This is pending the final alignment of the roadway and possible funding for a bridge across the Santa Cruz River to I-19.
