Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS® has structured a FEE SCHEDULE to help new members’ as well as previous members’, budget for projected expenses for Associations dues, Multiple Listing Services and Supra Keys. Please note that there are four months out of the year where payments are due if you are a continuting member. And, those months are January*, April*, July*, and October*.

MLS Fees - $35.00 Per Month (Billed twice a year and due ON or BEFORE April 1st and ON or BEFORE October 1st.) If MLS dues are not received by the Board office by April 1st and October 1st a late fee of $25 per agent will be charged to the firm on April 2nd and October 2nd.
Supra ActiveKeys
The SUPRA annual key lease is due by July 15, 2009 and is approximately $197.00. A separate invoice will be sent if you have insurance to renew the insurance for the year at $25. SUPRA will send the invoices to the agent in June and the agent is responsible for payment to SUPRA directly.
