MLS Fees - $35.00 Per Month (Billed twice a year and due ON or BEFORE April 1st and ON or BEFORE October 1st.) If MLS dues are not received by the Board office by April 1st and October 1st a late fee of $25 per agent will be charged to the firm on April 2nd and October 2nd.
Supra ActiveKeys The SUPRA annual key lease is due by July 15, 2008 and is approximately $167.40 + tax. A separate invoice will be sent if you have insurance to renew the insurance for the year at $25. SUPRA will send the invoices to the agent in June and the agent is responsible for payment to SUPRA directly.
