Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS® has structured a FEE SCHEDULE to help new members’ as well as previous members’, budget for projected expenses for Associations dues, Multiple Listing Services and Supra Keys. Please note that there are four months out of the year where payments are due if you are a continuting member. And, those months are January*, April*, July*, and October*.
Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS®:
- New Office Application Fee $100.00
- New Member Application Fee $100.00
- All Association dues (SCCBR, AAR, NAR) are billed in December and are due ON or BEFORE January 31st.
- If Association Dues are not received by the Board office by January 31, a late fee of $25 per agent will be billed to the non paying agent on February 1st, if no other prior arrangements have been made.
- A Payment plan is available for the SCCBR fees however member will not be eligible for free continuing educational courses if Association has not been paid in full by January 31st.
- New Office Application Fee $150.00
- New Member Application Fee $125.00
- MLS Fees - $35.00 Per Month (Billed twice a year and due ON or BEFORE April 1st and ON or BEFORE October 1st.)
- If MLS dues are not received by the Board office by April 5th and/or October 5th a late fee of $25 per agent will be billed to the firm on April 6th and/or October 6th.
- No payment plan is available for SCCMLS fees.
Supra ActiveKeys:
- The SUPRA annual key lease is due by July 15th and is approximately $197.00.
- SUPRA will send the invoice to the agent in June and the agent is responsible for payment to SUPRA directly.
- A separate invoice will be sent to agent by Supra to renew the optional insurance for the year at $25.
