If you are interested in increasing your exposure in the REALTOR® community the following can get you started.
NEW MEMBER PROMOTION
Your company’s information will be visually posted on our Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORSâ website. Where a links to "Directory of Affiliates" can be easily accessed by members and consumers.
WEEKLY MARKETING SESSIONS/MLS TOURS
Tours are held on Fridays and rotate between our board office, Nogales Chambers of Commerce and Tubac Chambers of Commerce. The marketing sessions are held in a round table discussion and it provides the opportunity for Affiliates to network and promote their products and services to Brokers and REALTORSâ throughout Santa Cruz County.
MARKETING SESSIONS/MLS TOURS SPONSORSHIP
Opportunity to sponsor food & refreshments and give a more in-depth commercial (not to exceed twenty minutes) of your products and services your company has to offer.
MARKETING MATERIALS & PRINTED ADVERTISING
Affiliates are encouraged to continually supply our board office with marketing materials and business cards. Including, advertising their companies on our area maps, news releases, etc. at an additional charge depending on the size of the ad.
MEMBERSHIP ORIENTATION SPONORSHIP
Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORSâ holds an orientation for new REALTORâ members. You have an opportunity to sponsor the food/refreshments for the new members. In return, you will be able to introduce yourself and your company and discuss the product and services your company has to offer for 10 minutes. You are encouraged to bring your marketing material for the new members.
CLASS SPONSORSHIPS
Affiliate sponsoring of our educational classes helps us offer free and low-cost education to our REALTORâ & Affiliate members. Typically, affiliates receive a few minutes at the start of the class to describe their business.
EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
The Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORSâ accepts sponsorships for all our major events – EXPO, Installation Banquet, Membership Meetings, etc. These events are a great way to get your name out into the real estate community.
INVITATION
Attend quarterly Membership Meetings, Election Luncheon, and Installation Dinner, with the exceptions of the right to vote and hold office. Including, attending Affiliate Appreciation Breakfast and the right to vote on topics that affect you directly.
HONORAY AFFILIATION BENFITS
The affiliation will have the opportunity to streamline their business practices through SCCBR website by giving accessibility to Brokers & REALTORSâ to download their companies’ documents, rate sheets, etc. in effort to alleviate and facilitate real estate transactions. Your company will be advertised as an Honorary Affiliation to the SCCBR and SCCMLS.
REQUIRMENTS
As an honorary affiliate you will be required to the following conditional guidelines.
§ You must sponsor (or teach) at least two (2) SCCBR educational classes and/or event in a calendar year.
§ Join and participate in a committee, attend committee’s meetings and contribute at events.
