Procedure for joining the Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS®:
v Complete the Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS® application and remit payment to the Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS®.
v Along with your application, please bring in a digital picture; as a result our Association will present you as our new member through the SCCBR’s website.
v If you have held REALTOR® membership in another REALTOR® association please provide a letter of good standing from that association.
v You must complete a Board Orientation and Code of Ethics class within 60 days. You will be notified of the date of the Orientation held at the Green Valley Association of REALTORS®. Please provide a copy of the Certificate of Completion to the Board Office.
Procedure for joining the Santa Cruz County Multiple Listing Service:
v Complete a Santa Cruz County Multiple Listing Service application and remit payment to the Santa Cruz County MLS. If you do not belong to a REALTOR® association you must complete a Santa Cruz County MLS non-REALTOR® application and remit the non-REALTOR® application fee and MLS fees.
v If you have held REALTOR® membership in another REALTOR® association please provide a letter of good standing from that association. You must complete a MLS Orientation within 60 days of membership at the Board Office. You will be notified of the date and time of the Orientation.
