Marketing Sessions and Home Tours.

MLS Members and Affiliates have the opportunity to come and promote their listings and/or business services. Promotional literature and listing brochures are encouraged!

Prior to the Marketing Sessions, a special guest speaker may have a presentation concerning a related community topic. On average, the presentation lasts 10 to 20 minutes if further time is need the meeting may be schedule to commence at 8:30 am instead.

Our caravan Home Tour initiates right after the Marketing Session. We have include the sequential order so REALTORS® can plan ahead and register their new listings as soon as they put it on the market.

Tour Guidelines

MLS Tours and Caravan Home Tours are scheduled every Friday with the exception of 3 days weekends. Check messages on Paragaon Calender and SCCBR CALENDAR for location of the meeting and updates you need to know. Board messages will display location of the tour for that week.  Agent must be present at Marketing Session prior to Home Tour,  unless other arrangements have been made the home will be dropped from tour. To put a house on the tour following guideline steps have been provided below:
