Marketing Sessions and Virtual Home Tours.

MLS Members and Affiliates have the opportunity to come and promote their listings and/or business services. Promotional literature and listing brochures are encouraged!

Prior to the Marketing Sessions, a special guest speaker may have a presentation concerning a related community topic. On average, the presentation lasts 10 to 20 minutes if further time is need the meeting may be schedule to commence at 8:30 am instead.

Put your home on tour as you normally would. Home Tour will be put on screen. If there are virtual tours of your homes, all the better. Please be in attendance to present your home.

Virtual Tour Guidelines

Virtual tours are scheduled every Friday with the exception of 3 days weekends. Cut-off for placing a home on tour is Friday morning before the meeting. Check messages on Flexmls Dashboard and SCCBR CALENDAR to verify updates and guest speakers. To put a house on the tour following guideline steps have been provided below:

• Login to Flexmls
• Click on "Open House" located underneath "Listings" in dashboard
• Click on Add/Edit Tour of Homes
• Click on the ADD radio button
• Enter MLS Number
• Enter the Date of Friday's Tour
• Skip Time
• Enter any Comments
• Click on the NEXT radio button
