MEETINGS

Section 8 - Meetings:

The meetings of the Participants in SCCMLS or the Board of Directors of the SCCMLS for the transaction of business of SCCMLS shall be held in accordance with the provisions of Article 7, bylaws of SCCMLS.

Section 8.1 - Meeting of MLS Standards Committee:

Standards Committee of the MLS shall meet at least 10 days prior to the SCCMLS Board of Director meeting for the transaction of its business at a time and place to be determined by the SCCMLS Board of Directors or at the call of the Committee Chairperson.

Section 8.2 – Meeting of MLS Standards Audit and or Appeals Hearing:

Standards Committee of the MLS may meet to reconsider imposed violation appeals and/or to audit and review alleged Rules & Regulation violation(s), with the Participant and alleged Subscriber involved, for the transaction of its business at a time and place to be determined by the Board of Directors or at the call of the Committee Chairperson.

Section 8.3 - Conduct of the Meetings:

The Chair shall preside at all meetings or, in the absence of the Chair; a temporary Chair from the membership of the Committee shall be named by the Chair, or upon failure to name a Chair, by the Committee.
