You may file an application for license renewal up to 90 days prior to the license expiration date, or up to 1 year after license expiration.  If your license has expired, you cannot conduct real estate, cemetery, or membership camping activities, as applicable, until you renew your license and your status is "active".

ü        Request to be hired to a new broker

ü        Sever from your current broker

ü        Enter Continuing Education

As a Designated Broker...

ü       Renew your entity license

ü       Sever and transfer your employees

ü       Approve hire and renewal requests
